Clearly biased and mixes valid self defense with invalid murder…but the book does offer a peak into the future as it discusses a very plausible assassination plan.
If you can filter out the lefty propaganda, there are important topics discussed that should concern everyone.

Misses the mark on a few things

Briefly acknowledges that armed citizenry acts as a safeguard against tyranny, but then dismissed the entire notion due to advanced military weaponry owned by the nation state. This simple view implies that only nation states can be tyrannical (armed revolt against local government has a precedent in the US) and that citizens armed with the weapons of an average soldier would be incapable of defending against nation state tyranny. Similar simple argument regarding magazine capacity restrictions…that large capacity magazines could never help for self defense (dubious claim) and therefore should be limited.
There are better analyses out there.
