Story
George Orwell's classic satire of the Russian Revolution is an intimate part of our contemporary culture, quoted so often that we tend to forget who wrote the original words! This must-read is also a must-listen!

Story
When a listless office employee (the narrator) meets Tyler Durden, his life begins to take on a strange new dimension. Together they form Fight Club - a secretive underground group sponsoring bloody bare-knuckle boxing matches staged in seedy alleys, vacant warehouses, and dive-bar basements. Fight Club lets ordinary men vent their suppressed rage, and it quickly develops a fanatical following.

Very much enjoyed the story, the performance was a bit lackluster though.

I really liked that the story differed from the movie. Some parts were done verbatim, so all in all, I like how they were different. I wished the voice actor could have used a little emotion here and there though. like towards the end when our main protagonist is about to have his "grapes" cut off and he was yelling "HEY!" hanging out of the bus window. The voice actor could have at lease raised his voice a little bit. It almost was like his voice was more quite during that part. Anywho, I enjoyed it never the less.

Needs to be a way to remove content like this.

I don't care what anyone what's to be or do in there life but I don't like to see things like this and should have the option to remove things like this from my view. Im not hating on anyone or knocking them for their views, I just don't want to have to see it. If I'm in public and see it, that's one thing but it shouldn't be forced into my personal experience on my devices. I would say I find it offensive but then I'm the bad guy, I might be considered the bad guy for just saying what I have but it's not my fault I'm not comfortable seeing/hearing things like this. Again, I'm not trying to be hurtful or shaming or hateful to anyone, your views are your own and mine are my own and there should be a choice to hide whatever content that's not wanting to be viewed.

A really decent story with an unfair narrative.

I really enjoyed the story, even tho I figured out who the bad guy was nearly immediately. All the twist and turns made me question my suspect a few times, but as Sherlock says,in the end it was elementary my dear Watson lol. One thing I didn't like tho was the pushing of the 2016 election fraud narrative. That's fine if it needs to be questioned but so should the 2020 election as well. Hell maybe Russia did 1 and China did the other. It's just not fair to push 1 and not the other imo. Especially since this was released in 2021. Anyway, it's just Hollywood doing what it does best, protecting filth and not ever face real problems anymore. Just protect the blessed agenda, excuse me narrative. Sorry I'm done,. I really did enjoy the story and the actors performances were great. I hope there will be another part and it continues.

Story
With unforgettable characters, a sweeping backdrop, and passionate storytelling, this is a fantasy debut to rival that of Robert Jordan. Filled with adventure and bloodshed, pageantry and piracy, mystery and menace, Assassin's Apprentice is the story of a royal house and the young man who is destined to chart its course through tempests of change.

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Things were a little slow going, but in the end it was really good. It provoked some tearful emotion from me in some places, which is extremely rare for me from books. I'm looking forward to my next credit so I can get the next book in the series.

For time out of mind, bloodthirsty demons have stalked the night, culling the human race to scattered remnants dependent on half-forgotten magics to protect them. Then two heroes arose - men as close as brothers, yet divided by bitter betrayal. Arlen Bales became known as the Warded Man, tattooed head to toe with powerful magic symbols that enable him to fight demons in hand-to-hand combat-and emerge victorious.

Great Series

I absolutely loved this series. I hope there will be something more added to this story eventually. I feel like this book was a bit rushed, being that it was the final war with the demons. It also left a huge hole, what ever happened to the consort? May e I just missed it somehow, but I didn't hear anything about his demise or wellbeing after he fled capture. All in all the I really enjoyed this series and seriously hope there will be something more added in the future.

This is a tale of sorrow, a tale of survival, a tale of one man's search for meaning in his universe, and how that search, and the indomitable will that drove it, gave birth to a legend.

Amazing story
Reviewed: 03-22-18
I love the story that is being told in this book. I wished it had a few more points of view but ultimately I really enjoyed listening to it. My only complaint is with the narrator. Some of his accents were extremely hard to understand and nearly all the different accents he gave characters in the book were either Scottish or Russian. Other than that, it was an overall very pleasant experiance.
