Story
Growing up in a small town in Georgia, I never dreamed of starting a band that would blow up from a viral video, or that I'd live in a mansion on the beach in Miami, Florida. Since we were seven years old, my best friend Percy had dreamed big enough for both of us. He'd always known this would be our future.

I was thrilled to get another audiobook from this author after falling in love with their Worthless Boys series. Their storytelling makes their characters so authentic. Great narration for this book too. Loved it all.

My life was perfect. A dream degree course, amazing friends, a different guy every weekend. Until him. One night. No names. We thought we’d never see each other again. But the man that blew my mind turns out to be Dr. Wilder, a lecturer at my university with a reputation of being cold and unapproachable.

Story
When Caleb Chance walked out in Detroit five years ago, leaving his band, millions of his fans and his lover behind, Leo knew he could never forgive. Some things, no matter what the cause, are unforgivable. But Leo never expected Caleb to show up again, clean and sober and wanting to get their band, Star Shadow, back together. He definitely never expected to agree to Caleb's plan. He never expected to confront the love of his life again - or the disaster of his past, the hopelessness of his future, and every terrible thing he's been carrying inside him.

This is a heartbreaking and achingly sweet love story filled mostly with sexual tension, but it is an important part of their journey. The music also plays an important role. The cover song that is featured because the lyrics fit their story so well, had me in literal tears. I will never listen to that song again without thinking of Leo and Caleb. I want this as a movie!
The only negative is that it’s only told from Leo’s POV. I would love to have heard Caleb’s as well.

1333. Edward III is at war with Scotland. Nineteen-year-old Sir Harry de Lyon yearns to prove himself and jumps at the chance when a powerful English baron, William Montagu, invites him on a secret mission with a dozen elite knights. They ride north, to a crumbling Scottish keep, capturing a feral, half-starved boy within and putting the other inhabitants to the sword. But nobody knows why the flower of English knighthood snuck over the border to capture a savage, dirty teenage boy. Montagu gives the boy to Harry as his squire, with only two rules.

What an achingly beautiful historical romance. Alex de Campi’s writing is extraordinary, Richard Pearce’s narration is exceptional, and Harry and Iain’s love is everything. I will remember them always. Why can’t they make a movie or TV series like this?!?

I don’t know how JR Ward does it, but she once again set us on a path in previous books that led to the perfect pairing. And in this case, Nate is perfect for Nala…and for Z. And don’t even get me started on the mother-daughter convo in Nala’s room. Having lived it, I know how real it was. Wrath’s return and the joy and pain his absence brought was beautifully written about and gave us more time with many of the brothers, which I loved. Then there was the very unique storyline of Evan and seeing the tragic journey of becoming a Lesser through his eyes. LW, Bitty, Shuli… I cannot wait for more!! PS: Thanks again to Jim Frangione for being the wonderfully constant voice for the BDB world.

Story
In the ruins of Caswell, Maine, Carter Bennett learned the truth of what had been right in front of him the entire time. And then it—he—was gone. Desperate for answers, Carter takes to the road, leaving family and the safety of his pack behind, all in the name of a man he only knows as a feral wolf. But therein lies the danger: wolves are pack animals, and the longer Carter is on his own, the more his mind slips toward the endless void of Omega insanity. But he pushes on, following the trail left by Gavin.

I knew I would love Carter’s story, but boy did I under estimate just how much. Because Gavin. Sincere, sweet, unintentionally funny Gavin. As much as my heart hurt for what they had both been through in their young lives, it was healed by happiness for how perfect they were for each other. I will never forget these boys, this series, this author, or this narrator. Absolute perfection.

Story
Gordo Livingstone never forgot the lessons carved into his skin. Hardened by the betrayal of a pack who left him behind, he sought solace in the garage in his tiny mountain town, vowing never again to involve himself in the affairs of wolves. It should have been enough. And it was, until the wolves came back, and with them, Mark Bennett. In the end, they faced the beast together as a pack… and won.

This is a master class in storytelling and narration. Kirt Graves is absolutely brilliant breathing life into TJ Klune’s characters. My mind was blown, as was my heart. I laughed, I cried, I swooned, I cheered, and I loved. Oh did I love. So much so that when I finished the fourth audiobook and wasn’t ready to let them go, I immediately started listening again from the beginning. Joe and Ox and their pack were/are everything.
