Story
My roommate invited me to a party. I didn’t realize it was for a Mafia boss who was looking to select a wife. There were hundreds of women there, hoping to win the honor, but he was not my idea of a Prince Charming. He was tall, arrogant, cold, austere, and the most handsome man I’d ever seen. They called him Antonio “The Wolf” Marchesi, and the name sent a shiver down my spine. I decided to leave the party before my real identity was discovered. I climbed down a tree and slipped, and he caught me at the bottom. He held me like he didn’t want to let go.

All over the place storyline, dialog znd narration. It's like someone took random mafia ideas mixed with odds and ends in a bowl and picked them all willy nilly style.

Story
Of all the hospitals in New York City, he walks into mine. I know from the moment I see him that Alex Volkov is dangerous. He’s the kind of trouble from which every woman should run. The bullet his bodyguard took for him proves that. My attraction to him is not rational, not logical...but it’s too strong to resist. I tell myself it will be just one night. One night to step away from the stress of work, to give into temptation. But before I know it, he’s pulling me deeper into his world of excess and violence, invading not only my life but my heart.

Story: 1st story I wasn't a fan of. I burst out laughing and cringed at the same time at one point. The 2nd and 3rd was better than the first. 4th is along the same lines and the 1st.
Narration: The odd speech patterns, drawn out words and odd whispering made it uncomfortable and awkward, often.

Story: Cute little Christmas love story. Not much to add to this cause the summary nailed it. Decent amount of background given the length to make it flow nicely.
Narration: Sounds a bit tinny. There is not much change between characters. It was basically the same votes/pitch/tones. The most notable change was for the kids voice.

I remember everything, only now I wish I didn't. When the fog is sucked away from my mind like smoke through a vacuum, the truth that has been beyond my reach for months finally reveals itself. But the relief I thought I would feel never comes, and I'm more afraid now than I was the morning I woke up handcuffed in King's bed. Because with the truth comes dark secrets I was never meant to know. I don't know if I'm strong enough to resist the magnetic pull toward King that grows stronger every day.

Story
Everyone in Columbia Falls, Montana, believes Chelsea Friessen is a spoiled princess who is more trouble than she’s worth. They’d be wrong though, considering that tale was spun by a scorned high school crush and two years later is still the first impression everyone has of her. But then she meets a man whose personality is as arrogant as he is drop-dead gorgeous; if Chelsea was in her right mind, she should have been running away from him. The only problem is that this badass stranger walked into her life knowing he saved her from humiliation.

I’ve learned a lot during my time at Bramble’s Edge Academy, but it feels like it’s not going to be enough.
