This was a really cute story. I liked how there were no hard feelings between Keaton and his ex (even though he was technically cheating) I liked that it wasn’t a drastic flip after Keaton and Luke got together. The story was good but missing something. Also I wanted to have Luke open up a bit and talk to Keaton about how he felt after the showdown with his family. Overall good listen though.

Interesting story

I had to finish the story by reading it because I couldn’t get through the narration. I appreciate the narrator trying to pitch his voice to do different people but he kept making Rowan sound like when you mock an elderly man. It threw me off and I couldn’t get past it.

Love the possessiveness

📖 In the fifth installment of Vampire’s Mate we follow the unlikely pair of Wolfe and Eric, known as sleazy Dr. Monroe. However we get to see another side of Eric, actually we get to see what motivates him to make all the cheesy pick ups and we see how lonely he is and how much he craves to be touched, to feel a part of something. Then we see Wolfgang, or Wolfe, and how even though he has no empathy, guilt, and calls himself a psychopath, he is able to give Eric everything he needs. I love that Grae doesn’t compromise Wolfe’s personality and makes him something he isn’t. Wolfe is different towards Eric because Eric is his and has been created specifically for him by fate and he treasures all of his “possessions”. Their dynamic is fun and perfect for them and even though they are so different, they fit so well with each other.

If you’re in the mood for some PNR, possessive psycho love, pampering, and banter then this is the book for you. ❤️

The cutest needy and codependent couple

I really enjoyed Jay’s story! He’s such a bubble of joy even with his backstory being so sad. I love the introduction of Wolfgang and hope Alexei is just the perfect match for Jay and how he helps bring him out of hood head. The narrators voice is different than what I had in my head so it takes a little bit. I’m getting used to, but once I did, I enjoyed it.

Such fun banter

This was such a great story with fun banter! I loved the narration. Although it was hard to differentiate between the characters at times, the narration overall was great. I felt the emotions from them all and it really brought the story to life. It was my first read of the story itself and sooooo much fun! I can’t wait to read the next one.

The story was great and Michael Lesley was fantastic

I’ve listened to each of these stories and I absolutely love the series but holy crap Michael Lesley and his voice acting are astounding! He’s so talented and has done these characters justice in the audio.

As for the book, lilac and seraph were so great together! There was such emotion with Seraph getting better and what he was put through. And Lilac was just a stabby being that didn’t allow anything to hurt Seraph ♥️

Brilliant story and performance

Moth is my favorite of this series and Michael has once again brought all the emotions that I read out into audio. His range of voice acting is incredible and not once did I have trouble differentiating between characters. Moreover, he has kept the tone of voice from prior characters perfectly!!
I look forward to the rest of the series narration and also to listen to other stories narrated by Michael!

I enjoyed reading this when it first came out and love it even more now that it’s on audio. These two narrators bring these guys to life and make the listening experience so enjoyable.

Cute short listen

I didn’t read Felix and the Prince but I’m assuming this comes after that but you didn’t have to read that one to understand this. If I had read that then maybe I would’ve had more backstory to these two. That being said, you get the jist and they tell you what the issues were. This being a novella everything is resolved fast and is a cute pick me up in between longer books.
