This is my second time going through this series and I’m so glad I decided to
I’d picked up a lot of things that I didn’t remember from first time
This is the first book of of the series and I intend to continue till the end
There is good character development and davina porter is my favorite narrator
It is best to start with book one to follow the characters from the beginning

I really enjoyed this series so much that I listened to 3-4 books per week.
The characters were well developed and I felt as if I got to know them.
I had just finished the Charlotte and Thomas Pitt series and was reluctant to start this series based on the tv show. I was so wrong.
I couldn’t stop listening I’m only sorry that I finished.
The first few books were narrated by Davina Porter who is my all time favorite. David Colacci was also very good.
Anne Perry is now on my favorite author list.
I would recommend that you start with book 1 in order to get a real understanding of the characters. And of course they all ended on a positive note, I would have liked a bit more of an ending. Looking forward to the next one

I knew Anne Perry was a good writer and I love Davina Porter so I took a chance on this series.
The description of the characters is so vivid I feel as if I know them. I do get a little upset about how women were treated in that time period. The mysteries are good with not a lot of blood and not a lot of brutality.
I highly recommend this series but it’s best to start with the first book.

I love the series and was excited when this book came out. I absolutely love Lorelei King but had a hard time adjusting to the male narrator.
I found the story to be good as always Mercy gets into a tangled mess.

I loved this book Lisa Gardner was right on her game
I'm sad that I'm finished it too quickly

Kirsten Potter is the best. I wouldn't want anyone else to narrate this series

The only problem with John Sanford's Lucas davenport novels is that they end too soon. This was another great story with Lucas.
Richard Ferrome does an excellent job narrating
Can't wait for the next chapter in Lucas"s life

This has to be the most emotional book I have listened to. From the very first line to the last word I was totally engrossed. The story comes to life with the reunion of lost love over 60 years before and ends there. The Narrators bring so much life to the characters, the young woman in concentration camps the husband who she thought was killed at sea. It's heart wrenching to hear their stories and their determination to live at any cost, when it would have been easier to die. The nightmares they live with for the rest of their lives can never be erased. This is an excellent book and I was hooked from the beginning though at times it was difficult to listen to. It really makes you think of the evil that is still happening today in the world and not for the first time I am so grateful to live in the USA.

Would you listen to You're Next again? Why?

I probably will listen to this book again, I was in such a rush to find out what happens next that I'm sure I missed some things.

What was one of the most memorable moments of You're Next?

I really liked when they finally got the safe open. I also liked when they pulled off the casinoheist and many others. it is such a good book and it really got my emotions stirred up. There were also some times when I just smiled.

Which character – as performed by Scott Brick – was your favorite?

Definetly Shep He just had a simple way about him that made you love him.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I couldn't wait to get back to the book every time i put in down.

Any additional comments?

Scott Brick is my absolute favorite male narrator and he did not dissapoint. He kept me on the edge of my seat the whole book.

Would you consider the audio edition of Touch & Go to be better than the print version?

Absolutely I get so much more out of listening if the narration is good. I was a bit disappointed in the beginning because Kirsten Potter did not narrate Det DD Warren but being she had such a small part in the book it worked out fine.

What other book might you compare Touch & Go to and why?

Well of course "love you More" where we first met Tessa Leone. I was glad to see her return in a different role. I just hope this doesn't mean Det DD Warren is on her way out because I absolutely love her character.

What does Elisabeth Rodgers bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

This was the first book I listened to read by E Rodgers, she didn't dissapoint
She read the characters and I could tell which character was speaking at most times

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

when the daughter lost her baby but also when Radar gave Libby the medicine she needed
he showed himself not to be the monster they thought

Any additional comments?

I had a hard time getting into some of Libby's character with all that money and beautiful home and not having to work. I was able to get past that but felt at times she was very naive or just selfish. she definetly needed to grow up and stop looking at the world through rose colored glasses. The daughter was a typical teen spoiled, defiant and definetly not stupid. The father was a total slime ball. I did enjoy the book and story very much, it was emotional at times and like Lisa Gardner's other books there are many twists and turns and you just have to finish the book to find out what happens and how it comes together in the end.
I would highly recommend this book.
