When Intelligence Matters

William Bligh was a solid Captain and he loved order aboard any vessel. His navigation skills were second to none in the English Navy. The mutiny onboard the HMS Bounty was the fault of the Navy as they knew the Captain came from the blue-collar world.
When let loose on one of the ship's boats who knew he would survive along with his his crew, and navigated thousands of miles and came back to huant some of original mutineers.
This short awkward man made maps that are still in use today.
This man was murdered and eaten by the natives that had holed up on the big island on Hawaii as it is known today. If you love deep water sailing, and navigation you will plainly notice this was the start of England's colonialism through out the world, and today it is still causing havoc around this orb.
The book followed history pretty accurately, and the villian in this tale of the sea was England's Imperialistic mindset, and the power brokers of the world were similar to what they are today. The service academy's take the elites and teach them leadership skills supposedly teach them.
You'll enjoy this book even if you are not a fan of history.
Presently we watch billionaires and one trillionaire having their way. Capitalism does not work as we must notice. Congress accomplished zip this four years while the Zuckerbergs of this world commit open subversion and get away with it.
Humanity will never change and Captain William Bligh was a victim of the Caste System, which is ignoring the middle class. They are used for our false flag wars we start from time to time.

I watched this show before going to work at 0330 each morning for years and enjoyed it, and the book did do a fair job in telling their tale. It was a time in our history where hucksters tv evangelists were set loose on elderly folks. Jim and Tammy Faye were happy to take money, dogs, and estates with glee. I am a Christian, and really was amazed on their different ruses to pull in the cash, but unfortunately they showed the insanity involved with PTL.
The book filled in some blanks for me, but when they started the amusement park, I knew it was near impossible to keep the promises they made on a daily basis. The book is tailor made for folks that actually lived through this money driven business.
The oddity were the criminals behind Jim and Tammy, as they were the real hucksters and especially so, on the construction side of this panacea of amusement parks, but such is life.
The fools begat the fools.
Jesus did say, "there would be false prophets that would follow Him." A fun book to listen to, all the same.
Jim and Tammy were not the criminals, but the author shyed away from the mega-banks that financed PTL.
The Swaggarts, Robert's, and Benny Hinns were the real criminals, although Benny Hinn just announced he found his very own jesus.

The narrator sounded like a youngster and by that, well under forty-five thus the title.
She called Bobby a liberal and that was so very wrong, but she probably thinks both his eldest brothers followed suit. A liberal today is light years away from the " Kennedy Clan."
I was an immigrant living on Dixwell Avenue, and went to Eli Whitney, and was struggling with English, as I spoke Scot Gaelic. I believe it was late 1963 when Malcolm X said, " “The Negro revolution is controlled by foxy white liberals, by the Government itself. But the Black Revolution is controlled only by God.” The foxy white liberals are now running the country today. Do not take our pain as it belongs to the Baby Boomers. “The Negro revolution is controlled by foxy white liberals, by the Government itself. But the Black Revolution is controlled only by God.” MLK and all the people above lived and asked for nothing, but " A man understands life when he plants a shade tree knowing full well he will never benefit from its shade.
The narrator knows we have been in a continuous state of war. I so miss a dear friend named Jake, a black man that I mourn daily.
This means little to the writer or narrator, as this was not my intent. We have a chance to better this country and the brash Trump we need. I am on a glide slope folks, but each man over 18, must vote this November, but vote out these criminals and think and vote for the country. Let's vote, as it is our last chance.

An entertaining yarn, but a coroner Proof-Reading an original, and jumping on hearsay as fact, I tend to go with the original autopsy, but entertaining, just the same.

My grandson showed me a site on YouTube that inferred you had passed, and for several days I was clinically depressed, or should say it added to this life-long affliction.
He showed me again so this time it was in a different forum and the Sherlock Holmes hat came out. I found out it was a ruse and am so happy you are still with us Howie.
I am a long-time fan here at 71 yrs old. I just did not feel complete without you being in it. This is a decent man folk and anything he says is gospel truth. lol

I was an acquaintance of Dave's, but it went as far as emailing. I can say though that if I had heard this in 2005, I would have been with him as he walked away from that podium. This young man's commencement speech was a voice in the wilderness, but surely a friend of his would have answered his call for help. I imagine there is a boatload of his friends walking around saying I knew he was depressed, but not to that extent. Academia failed him from the moment of his birth.

We read and discussed this book in high school, but I was not malleable enough to appreciate one of the last great writers of an Era, long gone while serving my country. The years 69-73 were intense and focused, so time was a valuable commodity. You tear yourself away from a group of people in the book whom everyone knows.
A must read.

I was looking for a book in the Spirituality Section, and I said to myself, "Odd," as I have this past several years, since a NDE that Mary Magdalene was the key, but to what. I will say the book did not hold my interest, and skipped through it, as I thought it a diversion,, and wonder if the book was meant to do just that. There are detractors to Christianity and this gentleman author is but a clear and present danger to someone that I love. I might have threw the lock away, but doubt that folks, but agree with the author that Jesus was not a Rabbi, and thats where my review ends, but the author seemed cool to this imperfect man.

I really liked 34207, the actual man, but as a baby boomer,, and reader of non-fiction, I still am baffled by not knowing where the epicenter of this hatred of Jews actually is or was. I just don't get it.
This is one man's travel through the Nazi Horror Show.
This brave man made all the correct decisions at the exact moment they needed to be made.
My daddy flew out of Ireland trying to protect the UK, and found this out after his death 3 years back.
Patton had a brilliant idea as the Big Three were splitting up Europe. He told Eisenhower that the USSR was at its weakest after the war, so let's send them back to Russia, and shortly after he was murdered, as he had Presidential ambitions.
Oh Well 34207 was a beautiful man, and so glad he got the photos of his wife.
Each German needs to poney up on taking proper responsibility for these demon Nazis, and pay reparations.
