I think the chapters with The One are overkill.
the narrator does a good job at adding subtle differences to the character voices

I decided to listen to the audiobook upon finishing the Hulu original series. I had to know what happens next to Offred and the other handmaids. Little did I know that there was less in the actual book than the series! I'm glad the show took some liberties and I hope they do more so we can have a second season.
The full cast performance, afterward, and essay do leave me hoping these things don't come to pass.

David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson reunite as FBI Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, joining an ensemble of original cast members in an out-of-this-world production.

Not since Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy have I enjoyed a SciFi book so much. While it was a little hard to follow on occasion (simply because it involved intergalactic politics and I don't follow any politics well) this is a very well written and highly entertaining book. Will Wheaton is a great narrator.
