Story
It was supposed to be the perfect weekend away. Six very different women travel to a sun-soaked Greek island for a bachelorette trip, to celebrate Lexi’s upcoming wedding. From the glorious ocean views to the quaint tavernas and whitewashed streets, the vacation seems too good to be true. But dangerous undercurrents run beneath the sunset swims and midnight cocktails—because each of the women is hiding a secret. Someone is determined to make sure that Lexi’s marriage never happens—and that one of them doesn’t leave the island alive.

Five freaking HUGE stars. I cannot say enough about this book and how much I loved it. The writing, the characters, the story, the narration. It was all perfection! I loved loved loved the way everything was woven together so carefully and beautifully. I really felt deeply for all of the women in this book and could relate to each one in different ways. Story
Cassandra Penelope Dankworth is a creature of habit. She likes what she likes (museums, jumpsuits, her boyfriend, Will) and strongly dislikes what she doesn't (mess, change, her boss drinking out of her mug). Her life runs in a pleasing, predictable order…until now. Then, something truly unexpected happens: Cassie discovers she can go back and change the past. One small rewind at a time, Cassie attempts to fix the life she accidentally obliterated, but soon she'll discover she's trying to fix all the wrong things.

This book was recommended to me by a friend, so I bought it without reading the description. I am not a fan of Groundhog Day type storylines, but this one really surprised me. It took me a little while to get into, but once I did absolutely fell in love with it.

Wow!! I'm so emotional!
Reviewed: 06-20-23
I don't think I have ever given this genre 5 stars before but I loved everything about this book. The characters were so easy to develop feelings for, and while there were a couple of things I saw coming, it wasn't the surprise of it that mattered. It was the emotions I am left with at the end. Honestly a little overwhelmed, but in an "omg that was incredible" kind of way. Highly recommend this book. The narrator was fantastic.

Story
Lily and her ex-husband, Ryle, have just settled into a civil coparenting rhythm when she suddenly bumps into her first love, Atlas, again. After nearly two years separated, she is elated that for once, time is on their side, and she immediately says yes when Atlas asks her on a date. But her excitement is quickly hampered by the knowledge that, though they are no longer married, Ryle is still very much a part of her life—and Atlas Corrigan is the one man he will hate being in his ex-wife and daughter’s life.

I saw that this book received a lot of differing reviews. Having not experienced anything like this myself in my life, I can't speak to the subject matter. But the story itself was beautiful. I fell in love with all of the characters… even the ones that didn't deserve it.

Story
Daisy is a girl coming of age in LA in the late '60s, sneaking into clubs on the Sunset Strip, sleeping with rock stars, and dreaming of singing at the Whisky a Go Go. The sex and drugs are thrilling, but it’s the rock and roll she loves most. By the time she’s 20, her voice is getting noticed, and she has the kind of heedless beauty that makes people do crazy things. Also getting noticed is The Six, a band led by the brooding Billy Dunne.

Story
Photographer Isla Wilson is thrilled she's landed her dream job, but the clients who hired her are getting stranger by the day. It sounded so perfect—a month's assignment at the lush Scottish Highlands property of architect Alban McGregor, and his wife, Jessica. But in the woods, there's a playhouse with a chilling history. Two years ago, the McGregors' daughter Elodie was abducted and then died in that playhouse. The townspeople insist her abductor had to be a stranger in their town. Alban refuses to knock the playhouse down, even keeping a picture of it on his wall.
