I enjoyed the characters voices as well as the intertwined lives. It kept you guessing as it bounced back & forth in time. Story wasn’t that realistic but still enjoyed the perspectives of the characters.

Enjoyed the story & characters, as I have been listening to the series. Sometimes was a little hard to distinguish between Evie & Flora, maybe voices should be more different.

Big difference with son's writing over fathers. Several points in book did not have characters behaving believable. The way he portrayed the female character, was frustrating with the vulnerability he accented.

Loved the characters, and although certain aspects are unbelievable, it shows what a person can accomplish when they are resourceful. I enjoyed how the story developed. As a female, I especially liked the voice and attitude of the male character.
