Story
The Shadowborne had always fascinated Will. His grandfather's stories told of mythical warriors wielding dark, ancient magic, defending justice and battling dragons. But that's all they were, bedtime stories...until the Shadows embraced Will himself. Now, propelled from the normal world into the mythical realm of Aeril, Will must learn to control his newfound power while discovering his place in this strange, new world.

Great book series

This book series was very engaging, there are some drawn out parts, but in all it is a great story line. It is very similar to actually playing the game. I would like to play this game. Maybe if someone knows what games this is based off of(if any) I would be interested to know if it on the PlayStation system or Xbox

Story
Sir John Penlyon is planning to spend Christmas at his estate with his niece and his friend Danby, the closest thing he has to family since disowning his daughter years ago. (She eloped with the parson, who was, of course, penniless.) Danby suggests that at Christmastime the estate needs the presence of small children, and offers to find some - the “hirelings” - despite Sir John’s skepticism. Three children duly arrive, and the youngest, precocious four year-old Moppet, quickly endears herself to Sir John.

Story
Deep below the University, there is a dark place. Few people know of it: a broken web of ancient passageways and abandoned rooms. A young woman lives there, tucked among the sprawling tunnels of the Underthing, snug in the heart of this forgotten place. Her name is Auri, and she is full of mysteries. The Slow Regard of Silent Things is a brief, bittersweet glimpse of Auri’s life, a small adventure all her own. At once joyous and haunting, this story offers a chance to see the world through Auri’s eyes.

I love arrey
Reviewed: 09-07-18
I have heard so many mixed reviews about this book. Patrick talks about how it doesn’t do want a story should do, other people talk about how they don’t know anything more than they did before. I love it! I love how this book puts you inside the mind of Arrey.(how ever it’s spelt). Listening to this book is like looking at a beautiful rose bush every day and noticing every point of growth. Understanding how arrey thinks, creates a backstory into her life. I would love to hear more about Arrey, And her world.
