This contact will allow power flow, for one complete PLC scan, when the input to the contact transitions from OFF to On. Since this action happens in one PLC scan it is unlikely you will see status indication in the programming software. Use an increment or counter instruction to verify the contact. This contact must be in series with no parallel contact above or below it.
