bauderfilm GmbH wurde 1999 von Dörte Franke und Marc Bauder gegründet. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Entwicklung und Produktion von hochwertigen Dokumentar- und Spielfilmen für den nationalen und internationalen Kinomarkt. Unsere Filme wie WER WIR WAREN, MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE oder DAS SYSTEM wurden u.a. mit dem Europäischen Filmpreis, dem Deutschen Dokumentarfilmpreis und dem Grimme Preis ausgezeichnet. 2014 realisierten wir mit whiteVOID die Kunstinstallation LICHTGRENZE zum 25. Jahrestag des Mauerfalls in Berlin 2014.

Marc Bauder
Regisseur und Produzent
wurde 1974 in Stuttgart geboren und studierte zunächst BWL in Köln, St. Gallen und New York. Während des Studiums entstanden erste Arbeiten als Regisseur. 1999 gründete er zusammen mit Dörte Franke die Produktionsfirma “bauderfilm” und realisierte zunächst Dokumentarfilme wie „grow or go“ und "jeder schweigt von etwas anderem" (Berlinale 2006).
2011 folgte sein preisgekröntes Spielfilm-Debüt "DAS SYSTEM". Sein Dokumentarfilm "MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE" gewann u.a. den Europäischen Filmpreis und den Deutschen Dokumentarfilmpreis. Zusammen mit seinem Bruder realisierte er 2014 die Kunstinstallation LICHTGRENZE zu 25 Jahre Mauerfall. 2017 gewann sein Spielfilm "DEAD MAN WORKING“ den Grimme Preis. Sein Dokumentarfilm “WER WIR WAREN“ feierte auf der BERLINALE 2021 seine Weltpremiere und wurde mit den Hessischen Filmpreis ausgezeichnet. Marc ist Mitglied der Europäischen und der Deutschen Filmakademie.
Dörte Franke
Autorin und Regisseurin
wurde 1974 in Leipzig geboren und reiste 1981 nach politischer Inhaftierung und Freikauf der Eltern in die BRD aus. 1994 –2001 studierte sie Politikwissenschaften an der Universität zu Köln und schloss mit dem Magister ab. 2001 – 2006 folgte das Studium der Dramaturgie an der HFF Potsdam. Zu ihren Veröffentlichungen gehören „die einen wetten, die anderen warten“ (2001, Roman, dtv) sowie „denkmalimkopf“ (2002, Roman, dtv). Zusammen mit Marc Bauder gründete sie die bauderfilm, mit der sie einige preisgekrönte Dokumentarfilme realisierte.
Dörte Franke wird als Drehbuchautorin vom „Verlag der Autoren“ vertreten und wurde 2015 mit dem Hessischen Drehbuchpreis für den Kino-Spielfilm "Büchner ist tot" ausgezeichnet.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing to the newsletter. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription when said data will be deleted from our servers and those of MailChimp. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members area) remains unaffected.
