Item arrived in excellent condition owing to secure packaging by the merchant. Shipping time was faster than expected for an item coming from Istanbul, Turkey. Everything was included that I felt was advertised. If I had a complaint at all, it would be with the double-sided adhesive provided to attach the cleaning pads on the cleaning pedestals. I had to order separate tape to complete the attachment of the pads. In all, I found the product completely satisfactory for my needs. Great eBay seller
