      Slice & Dice

      Ordered this more out of curiosity than need, I love knives of all types and thought these were worth checking out. Haven't had them long enough to comment on how long they hold an edge but I can say they are well made and are very sharp. They are surprisingly light which can have pros and cons, the handles are also perhaps a tad small but that is pretty minor. What I'm getting at is that if you prefer a knife of substance these may not be from you. If you are looking for an affordable kitchen knife that is sharp and easy to handle I highly recommend it.
