HyperX - Alloy FPS Pro Wired Mechanical Gaming USB Keyboard - Cherry Red MX S...
Jan 28, 2020
Compact, great to type on, and has some very trippy key-LED options
Very affordable yet very good mech. keyboard. I also have a Corsair Strafe (non-RGB version) with Cherry MX Red, and compared to that one, the HyperX's keys felt stiffer to press, but that's not a criticism, just a different tactile feeling I get. On the other hand, the Corsair's keys are more rubberized to touch, whereas the HyperX's keys feel smoother, so I feel like the HyperX's keys will pick up less dirt and oils from my fingers. The HyperX has more key-lighting options, and some are very trippy ;) Overall, I'm happy with both keyboards, and I'd say if you want the numpad, the Strafe is a nice affordable option, and if you want a compact one, the HyperX is a great choice.

Poetic For OnePlus 8 5G UW Case, Dual Layer Shockproof Protective Cover Black
Sep 07, 2021
Rugged-looking and has good features
Pretty rugged-looking case. Thankfully, I haven't "tested" it yet. The thing I liked the most about the case is that 2 options were provided for the gray front panel - one with the screen protector, and one without. Using the screen protector would obviously be a no-brainer, but I didn't quite like how this one felt. It's not like the tempered glass ones that stick to the screen and feel very glass-like. This one feels more like one of those soft plastic cases that people strap to their arms while running. So I was happy that I at least had the option to not use it. The cover on the USB C port is very stubborn, and fits pretty snugly into place when closed, so plugging the charging cable into the phone requires both hands and a bit of maneuvering, but I suppose that's a small price to pay for the protection from dust/water. Overall, pretty good case, especially for the Verizon 5G model, for which there aren't as many other case options.
Randall RG15XM Guitar Amp
Dec 28, 2017
Great for the price
I use this mainly for practicing while sitting in front of my computer, or if I want to play intermittently (i.e. play for 10-15 mins, go check that dish that I'm cooking, play again, go do something else, and so on). I have a tube amp, but I don't wanna leave it on the whole day while playing intermittently. For the price, I really like this amp. It's very easy to get high gain from it (it is a Randall after all). The tone is typical Randall. I think all the online demos I've watched of Randall amps reproduce it very well. I had a Marshall MG10CF, but I definitely prefer this one over that. It goes without saying that my Jet City tube amp is much better (clearer and louder), but it's also more expensive. Randall also makes some inexpensive tube amps (the RD series) that I've read great reviews of, but I never used them myself.
