New book was sent poorly packaged and arrived damaged. I paid extra to have a nice book for my collection, but instead just got another junky beat up book. Was offered a refund, but I'd have to return and don't have time to jump through hoops and get another book before class starts. Seller wouldn't send me a replacement, just offered a return for refund. I'll buy used next time as it was a waste of money to pay extra when the seller doesn't pack properly to ensure the items safe arrival.
