MY WORDS my viewpoint
STARTING OVER
Last week, while trying to ignore my painful ankle, I got to thinking what I could have, should have, and wished I had done differently as a trail runner.
Don’t get me wrong – I have been blessed beyond my wildest dreams, have so many trails, magical moments, and special people etched in my memory forever. I wasn’t thinking back with regrets, just random thoughts.
Here’s a list of things I should have, could have, and perhaps still can do.
1. Keep your road running club membership and licence number. Every now and again, get out on the tar (there are some awesome races out there) and add variation to you running career. Road races and time trials keep you sharp!
2. See a biokineticist before you
