Using trail for road

When I received an invitation to run the Boston Marathon a couple of months ago, I was blown away. To be out there with 40,000 athletes feeling the vibe was just wow. I felt at home. Trail runners are brothers and sisters, and road runners the cousins: still part of the family.

Although I am a trail junkie, I knew this would be a life-changing run. So where do you start prepping for the marathon if you prefer trail running?
