THE POWER OF TOUCH

Reflexology is based on the theory that different areas on the feet, hands, face and ears correspond with parts of the body. “The basic principle is that the two feet together as a whole represent an exact mini-map of the entire body, incorporating all of the body’s systems,” says reflexologist Andrea Hurst (andreahurst.co.uk).
