Nature’s MEDICINE CHEST

There are many ways to use herbs effectively to treat common winter ailments. Herbs are inexpensive and easily available – especially if you grow them yourself.

THYME TEA

If you feel a sore throat or cough coming on, drink a cup of this soothing tea three times a day. It will help stop it in its tracks.

2T fresh thyme, chopped
½t grated ginger
1 cup just-boiled water
1t honey, or to taste
