After working in hotels, restaurants and the hospitality sector for 17 years organising events and doing marketing, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a chef. She began running in-demand supper clubs in London called Sabrina’s Kitchen and released her first cookbook, Persiana, in 2014. With the launch of Bazaar – which is her fourth publication – Sabrina is steadily planting Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine on the global map.
