Sabrina Ghayour is a self-taught home cook and food lover who was born in Tehran, Iran, but raised in London. After working in hotels, restaurants and the hospitality sector for 17 years organising events and doing marketing, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a chef. She began running in-demand supper clubs in London called Sabrina’s Kitchen and released her first cookbook, Persiana, in 2014. With the launch of Bazaar – which is her fourth publication – Sabrina is steadily planting Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine on the global map.
