First of all, what do you think of the move to leap-frog BS V and go from BS IV directly to BS VI? It seems much needed, but is it too ambitious?
This is a very ambitious move and if I understand correctly, India is the first country where one stage of emission has been completely skipped while going directly to the next advanced stage of emission.
