Analyse your running

Trail and road running is growing, and as the sport grows, so does the rate of injury. Up to 70% of all runners will sustain some form of running-related injury each year. Our goal as clinicians is to try and lower that risk.

As a physio, I lived in the world of mobility, flexibility, and strength, so I applied this philosophy in my treatment they run. This was the start of MoveWell Laboratory and EAP Sports.
