There once was a time when neighbours whispered about the local jogger who dared to run a marathon. It was the king distance. Invented, so to speak, by a Greek messenger who collapsed of exhaustion after completing the distance. There was nothing harder. Neighbourhood Jogger Man was an eccentric: a runner who took things to extremes. But he was also respected for his grit and his determination. He was structured. He ate his greens. He stretched and he went to bed early.
