What are some of the things that make you feel wild?

Travelling through the countryside, out and about with my family and our two labradoodles, exploring new places and delighting in simple outdoor pleasures, sunshine, fresh air, good food and exercise. My self-esteem rises when, as a therapist, I can help people through painful episodes, listen to and observe their responses as they discover there is hope for a less painful level of activity in their daily lives.
