Off to a very romantic start

Melissa Oliver has won the RNA’s Joan Hessayon Award.

Melissa’s debut, , was awarded the RNA’s £1,000 prize for new writers, which is given to a writer whose first novel has been completed after passing through the Romantic Novelists’ Association’s New Writers Scheme.
