The future IS HERE

“THE PAST SIX months feel surreal. When you spend so much time visualising something that then becomes a reality it’s hard to comprehend the feeling of satisfaction you get. There is now no doubt in my mind that the idea of productive buildings has a future. A viable source of the freshest and most delicious food – I feel we’ve only scratched the surface of what’s possible and that fills me with hope. The prospect of a future where our food system surrounds us and becomes an integrated part of our daily ritual – our lives – is exciting.
