1 ARE THERE ANY RATIOS YOU STICK TO WHEN SELECTING SOLID INGREDIENTS LIKE FRUIT AND VEG TO GO ALONG WITH LIQUIDS LIKE JUICE, WATER OR MILK?

This can vary depending on which ingredients you’re blending and whether they’re frozen. Generally, a rule of thumb is to use 60% liquid and 40% solids for smoothies. If it’s too thick you can always add more liquid and vice versa.
