A KING STAYS A KING

Welcome back Anthony, it’s a pleasure to have you make the cover again. You’ve come such a long way in such a short space of time and it seems there’s nothing you can’t do. How has your own personal fitness journey been since the last time we spoke and what are a few of the proud accomplishments you’ve achieved since? First and foremost, thank you so much for having me back and for this amazing opportunity you guys have given me for the second time. It is a complete honour once again being on the cover feature for not only the most iconic fitness magazine but also my all-time favourite growing up throughout my years.

To answer your question about my own fitness journey, I have been doing this for over 20 years and right now I am just maintaining my own physical goals and keeping my metabolism as fast as was when I was younger.

Quite honestly the most amazing part since we last spoke is all the positive international feedback I have been getting since the four cover features. With that being a strength and conditioning coach for professional boxers that have been televised on ESPN and other networks. It has really been a great experience having helped them via strength and conditioning to become highly successful champions on the world stage.
