In the first season of this hit Netflix series, 16-year-old Puleng Khumalo (AMA QAMATA) got herself transferred to the prestigious Parkhurst High in Cape Town after she became convinced that the school’s star swimmer, Fikile Bhele (KHOSI NGEMA), was her long-lost sister.
Puleng told Fikile that she believed she was her biological sister, and that an adoption agency had stolen Fikile from hospital after she was born.
The second season ended on a dramatic note when DNA tests revealed what Puleng had suspected: Fikile was indeed her sister, but they didn’t share the same father.
