There’s an alchemy to making picture books when pairing the skills of a talented writer and illustrator. An interesting story will make for an exciting book to illustrate, and at best, become a coveted favorite among readers both young and old. Likewise, the reverse is also true; a lame story will be boring to illustrate, and at worst, dull to read both for your illustrator and for your readers.
