Za’atar Chicken with Whipped Feta

Active 30 min. | Total 30 min.

1. Heat oven to broil and arrange racks in upper and middle positions. Grease rimmed baking sheet with ½ Tbsp olive oil. In large bowl, stir together 2 Tbsp each za’atar and oil with ¼ tsp each kosher salt and pepper. Add 8 small boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1½ lbs, trimmed) and toss to coat.

Arrange chicken on prepared sheet and broil on middle rack until beginning to brown, 12 to 14 min. Transfer to to baking sheet and scrape up any browned bits, then flip chicken to coat with pan juices.
