L – backing for the official Menacer gun for the Mega Drive was non-existent,. Menacer owners must have been thrilled when they learned the arcade hit was coming to the Mega Drive, but Konami was no saviour of the peripheral. The developer chose not to implement Menacer support in favour of its own Justifier, a wired peripheral that was bundled with the game and resembled a Colt Python handgun.
