½ cup marinated fire roasted capsicum strips, drained

2 tblsps olive oil

400g jar tomato passata sauce

Crusty bread, to serve

500g lamb mince

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tsps ground cumin

1 egg, lightly beaten

½ cup grated Perfect Melt 4 Cheeses

½ cup dried breadcrumbs

¹⁄³ cup chopped fresh parsley, plus extra
