Sister act
Firstly, in slight fan-girl mode, thank you to everyone who makes it possible for Psychologies magazine to exist and thrive, making it a highlight of my every month. I’ve been a subscriber for many years but, oddly, I now realise I have never actually written in, despite intentions to, whether with words or an inspired photo. But I felt compelled to get in touch in response to Philip Raby’s letter, featured in the Summer issue.
I am 44 and, after being four days late, am now on day two of my long-awaited period. So, from a rationality point of view, today may or may not be the right day for me to respond: I need to calm my initial angry reaction
