BEEF WITH BLACK BEAN SAUCE
SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 10 MINS
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 500g beef stir-fry strips
• 200g green beans, trimmed
• 1 red capsicum, seeded, sliced
• 225g can water chestnuts, drained, thickly sliced
• 4 long green onions, 5cm lengths, plus extra, to serve
• ¼ cup black bean sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp dry sherry
• Thai basil, steamed rice, to serve
