I enjoyed this book because the MFC was so upbeat. She faced a challenge and lived her life focused on the good parts. It was also interesting to listen to a romance from the perspective of a member of an observant Jewish community outside the NY metro area.

I found the constant mispronunciation of Yiddish and Hebrew words to be insulting. How on earth can the production company justify this? It should be easy to find out how to pronounce these words and phrases. For example, you could ask for the advice of the author. And the weird and unidentifiable “Israeli accent” used when the Israeli character spoke. WTF? Not only was it an inaccurate accent, it seemed to vary from time to time when he spoke.

Dreamscape Media, you can do better than this!!!

I loved this romantic comedy so much and I could not stop laughing. The storyline was original and I loved Penina's character so much. The quotes at the beginning of each chapter were the cherry on top.

A fun story with a few great twists. I also loved learning more about the Jewish Orthodox traditions.
