About this audiobook

A Collection of Mindfulness Meditations Stories to Fall Asleep Faster, Relieve Insomnia, Stress, and Anxiety.

Are you stressed?

Do you find it hard to sleep at night?

Then keep reading…

This book is a collection of short stories, each centered around some miraculous transcendence of physical being into a realm of pure imagination, as the realm of dreams, to expand our soul and relax our mind and our bodies so that we can peacefully transition into a trance state, and from that trance state into a serene and peaceful and rejuvenating sleep.

Certain stories and guided narratives can actively tranquil the mind, body, and spirit, and allow for higher and more relaxed states of being. Each story in this book has simple breathing exercises you can do while lying in bed or wherever you prefer to relax and from that place where you having your rest, it will transform your soul and mind based on the design of the narrative into a hypnotizing and relaxing journey. It will take you into the realms of dreams where things and places are explored, grounding yourself, and make your mind relax allowing your body to achieve a free and synergetic state of rest. It is such a pleasant and restful sensation that you risk falling asleep without even realizing it.

What our readers think

Readers find this title to have a rushed and non-soothing audio, with a narrator who lacks voice inflection and sounds like she is reading to a 5 year old. However, some readers find it very good and it helped them fall asleep quickly. The story might be good, but the monotonous tone of the narrator is a drawback."

The audio is so rushed and so non chalet, it isn’t soothing at all.

The app wouldn't let me do two stars, so I did one. The narrator sounds like she is reading to a 5 year old. No George Guidall here. Story might be good, but zero voice inflection. Monotonous tone.
