This book is a guide for those who wish to learn about Reiki and is designed to assist towards knowledge needed for Reiki level 1 - the first stage of Reiki learning. Tom, the author is a Reiki Master/Teacher and also a qualified adult teacher with extensive experience of teaching Reiki. The guide is also ideal as a handout for Reiki teachers to use for their classes.
Topics covered include what Reiki is, what attunements are, the Reiki Story, treatment sequences (with diagrams) for treating others and self, the Chakra system and taking Reiki forward.

I have taught Indian Head Massage in the UK and Europe since 2003 and live in Aberdare, Wales, United Kingdom. I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and find that my practice of Indian Head Massage has become gentler since I learnt about Reiki.I feel anyone can learn Indian Head Massage and I love teaching it.My practice work is mainly in care homes in Wales, giving this relaxing therapy to both the residents of the home and the staff who work there.

WHAT IS REIKI?
The word Reiki
is used to mean both the energy employed by Reiki practitioners and the system of healing in which that energy is used.
Reiki energy
