Quick Dinner Recipes Introduction
Because we live on earth, there are a number of things that we really need to understand about it. First of all, the Earth does a great job of providing for us. Everything from herbs to fresh air, and even a filtration system to ensure that we are always breathing CLEAN air. Over many centuries we have managed to take those things and extort them, and for some reason, we have found it more effective to corrupt the healing properties that our world has to offer. If you think about it, we have the answer to longevity right in our backyards, but we insist on eating fast food, and ultimately poisoning our bodies. For this reason, there are many nutritionists now who suggest we do a liver cleanse at least once per year to flush out the toxins. Theoretically of course, we could stick to the more traditional, natural diet, and we would increase our longevity. The question of course, is which foods we should eat, and how they should be prepared in order to give our body the boost it needs. This is not an easy topic, and many obviously have their own opinion on the matter. Who do you listen to? Is there a proof of concept?
While there are many who say the Bible is not a reliable source of information or even a historical record, it is full of accounts from those who lived several hundred years. If these stories are true, then something was considerably different in those days. How did they live so long? What were they doing differently? Obviously no one is going to live for nine hundred years today, but there is no reason we shouldn’t be able to reach two hundred! After all, there are some that have manage to make it to one hundred and twenty. The question however is whether or not we can extend that, and it can only be done if we are willing to adjust our diet. Can we get back to the basics? The Paleo diet is one of the ways we are trying, and it is actually pretty simple.
The Paleo diet actually refers to the Palaeolithic period – a time long past, and a time when only the basics were available in terms of meals. That said, it is no surprise that so many people were experiencing great longevity. We ate what was available to us with no processing, no preservatives, and no artificial dies. It is utterly amazing what we shove into our bodies!
The Paleolithic diet has been tested and proved in many scenarios. One example of course would be a group of individuals who grew up in a minimalistic fashion, and returning them to their homeland. Once there, they thrived, only eating what they had eaten when they were children. This study proved that the Paleo Diet is highly effective, and the world was more than likely the best world. It is no wonder that the diet is being advertised near and far!
Within the electronic pages of this book you will find plenty of information on starting the Paleo diet, as well as a bit of information on Paleo confusion. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine which foods are compatible with the paleo diet and which ones should avoided. This is true on restaurant situations and even social eating. This can be one of the most difficult diets to incorporate into your social life because it is not widely understood at the moment. Luckily, the Paleo died does not necessarily involve eating soup out of a stone bowl. It might be an ancient diet, but modern foods can most certainly accommodate it. You need to determine which foods are paleo friendly, and from there, you can from your very own diet program.
