The theme of this book describes the environment of a stock market disaster to you. The purpose of the book is to allow you to enter this atmosphere and buy stocks close to their lowest prices in years.

This easily understood read will prove that the Dead Cat Bounce is absolutely the best time and the safest time to profit in the market. Invest anywhere from $20,000.00 to $50,000.00 or more with very little risk.

There is no uncertainty and there is no guess work. You only have to do your shopping once every four or five years. You only need to have cash available and to be focused when the time is right.

    You will be a winner!

Now to whet your appetite and get the juices flowing, let us have some fun in the next ten pages with a Dead Cat Bounce scenario.

    THE DEAD CAT BOUNCE SCENARIO

In the fall of 2007 the Dow Jones Industrial Average index (DJIA) was trading at 14000. The market began to drop in 2008. In October, 2008, the stock market took some steep declines. As of March, 2009, the DJIA index had dropped over fifty percent to 6500. This was the low point for the DJIA index. In the nine months from October, 2008 to June, 2009, a multitude of corporate stocks would drop to the lowest share prices seen in the last twelve years.

Disaster day is here. You need to be in your strategy room more frequently. Signs are ominous. You have been watching your favorite stocks and you are also looking for a new tide of disaster candidates. The bad economy has sent share prices into the cellar. Stocks are the last thing anyone wants to buy.

The media has been moaning about the bad condition of the nation’s economy every day for the last year. This is now the third quarter in a row of negative corporate earnings (three months in a quarter of a year). No one is making any money except for a few well heeled manufacturers. Companies are showing a loss on the bottom line of their income statements. The same situation is the case for the nation’s gross domestic production (GDP).
