    Good reference book to meditate through yoga with Chakra Yoga. It will teach you how to maintain a more positive life, eliminate habits that give you bad vibes. One of the best parts of this book is when you find how to clear your energy block

    Firstly it's a best youga audio book and This guide was recommended me by my colleague. In the following chapters I found all I need to know to start basic hacking, from hacking computer networks to rigging a WiFi hotspot. This information, paired with some coding basics, provided me the basics for my hacking education. I found this book informative and it has answered many of the questions I had about hacking. This guide is written in the simple language and well organized. All information is laid out in logically and easy to understand. It is a really great resource for beginners like me. I liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn basics of Hacking. The chapters are short, contain many practical examples, and should be easy for readers who want to know more about the subject. It requires little coding background, although familiarity with a programming language would be helpful. It contains general information on hacking, such as what hacking is, who does it and why, the usual motives, and methods use. Thanks author for creating us a new book for all of us! I would highly recommended this book everyone.

    I practice and teach chakra meditation separate from a physical yoga practice, and I found this book to be an excellent introduction to the chakras for anyone. Because the author's focus is chakra meditation as a complement to physical hatha-based yoga, it is probably most helpful for those who do practice yoga, and will help deepen your practice. However, it is also great for those just interested in learning more about the 7 core chakras of the Indian/Hindu-based traditions, even if you don't practice yoga.

    The author starts with an overview of his background, and then briefly covers the history of yoga. He then devotes one chapter to each of the core 7 chakras, describing the energies associated with each, and listing questions for identifying whether you potentially have an imbalance or block within that chakra. Then, because his focus is physical yoga, he depicts (with pictures and explanation) basic physical hatha yoga positions that can help address this imbalance. There is not a lot of information on other ways to work with the chakras, but you can get that from other sources.
