About this ebook
We are all perfect beings experiencing lives of illusory separation that can at times drive us very deeply into illusory imperfection and all that imperfection implies. The history of Earth is somewhat synonymous with this "imperfection" and the resultant separation-based traumas of war, greed, repression, inequality, cruelty and a host of other "non-perfect" behaviors and conditions. Essentially, we have been given the gift of free will in order to experiment with moving away from "perfection" in order to create something new, something "different" as we search for context and reunion with our original state of perfection, all of the while living seemingly mundane, or occasionally dramatic lives, replete with a wide variety of struggles, challenges and triumphs. Both our "mundane" and our more dramatic lives define us as we contextualize our interactions with each other and with ourselves in a divine dance of exploration and co-creation.
In reality every aspect of our lives is perfect, divine and sacred. There is no "mundane". Our core being, our greater self is more perfected than most of us can begin to imagine. We are love in motion. As a part of this motion, this divine gift of experiencing all that can be experienced, including all manner of polarity-based behaviors and experiences, we are afforded the opportunity to create something new, something far greater than a self-contained expression of "stagnant perfection". We are partners in co-creating a never ending upward spiral of true perfection; perfection resplendent with the love and wisdom born of struggle, pain, heartbreak and eventually joy, bliss and a profundity that cannot be experienced anywhere other than the dimensional realms of experience. We are love, eternally creating ourselves as we journey home, moving ever upward in an expansive blossoming of love and exploration.
There are many things that will eventuate over the coming decades that could engender undue fears if they are not properly contextualized. Fear is a natural part of the human experience on an evolving world such as Earth until such time as we learn how to properly contextualize and attenuate its expression. Things do not always turn out "perfect" within our existing frames of reference as our perspectives are by definition limited and evolving. We have "real" struggles, heartbreak and pain. We are at the forefront of a shift in our collective consciousness that is beyond comparison and the "pain" and seemingly dysfunctional states of our socioeconomic, political, financial, theological and ecological systems will be stretched to what appears to be multiple breaking points, but in reality these "breaking points" will be cracks opening up in long stagnant systems that desperately need to shift into higher expressions of consciousness. What will eventually emerge is fail-safed to an ultimate "good" outcome, but the specific paths forward are ours to define. Our consciousness is rapidly arising and I feel confident that we will be able to outrun our own shadows of "darkness", but the race must still be run in love, faith and belief in ourselves and the greater reality that we are all a part of.

Bill Wallace grew up in Oklahoma. Along with riding their horses, he and his friends enjoyed campouts and fishing trips. Toasting marshmallows, telling ghost stories to scare one another, and catching fish was always fun. One of the most memorable trips took place on the far side of Lake Lawtonka, at the base of Mt. Scott. He and his best friend, Gary, spent the day shooting shad with bow and arrows, cutting bank poles, and getting ready to go when their dads got home from work. Although there was no "monster" in Lake Lawtonka, one night there was a "sneak attack" by a rather large catfish tail. Checking the bank poles was not nearly as fun or "free" after that point, but it was the inspiration for this story. Bill Wallace has won nineteen children's state awards and been awarded the Arrell Gibson Lifetime Achievement Award for Children's Literature from the Oklahoma Center for the Book.

A Love Letter to the Universe - Bill Wallace

FINDING OUR HEART
WE ARE LOVE incarnated. Everything that we can see, touch, and imagine is a reflection of this love. Nothing exists in isolation or is separate. There is a substrate of unity so profound that every thought, word, and action ultimately arises from this integrated ground state
of existence. All forms of physical and nonphysical manifestation are just extensions of this profound state. In practical terms, we are all connected and share a common physical experience, heritage, and destiny. The experiences of separation that we seemingly struggle with daily are nothing more than a grand illusion, specifically designed to allow ourselves
to experience a perspective apart from our true, interconnected state of existence.
The question that has been pondered for all of history is one of context. What is the purpose of our lives and the trials that we all traverse? Why do we struggle so and come into conflict with one another at times on this seemingly punitive planet? What is the point of all of this? Why do we exist? There is a vast amount of theological and philosophical doctrine that supports multiple religious and spiritual organizational structures, adhered to by billions of people. Various belief systems attempt to answer questions of meaning and purpose and provide a framework within which their believers can live. Adherents do at times, become polarized by their particular variant of theological or philosophical belief systems, often to the hard exclusion of other viewpoints.
Each of us has our own philosophical frameworks that we have become comfortable with and believe
in. We tend to become attached to our beliefs and defend them, both to ourselves and others. We develop personal investment
in our beliefs as they can become integrated into our personas to a significant degree, being part and parcel of our human experience. Ultimately, there are no good
or bad
beliefs, and as long as their practice does not abridge the rights and freedoms of others, we should be allowed to explore them. At a more profound level, only experiences exist, along with our reactions to them. Theological frames of reference have given us a form of limited context and a relative moral
standard of conduct for ages, but this context and their associated norms of behavior are constrained by the degree of consciousness that we collectively and individually possess. Consciousness is the template for all things manifest, including organizational structures, human actions and socioeconomic constructs. Our experiences in the physical world cannot outpace the level of consciousness that supports them and the levels of truth
that we are exposed to are delimited by our ability to comprehend them.
We are all learning through every experience, thought, and interaction that comes into our lives. At times our learning can seem stagnant or counterproductive as we occasionally become caught in loops that do not seem to advance or alternatively appear to go retrograde in terms of our progress.
We often feel that we are becoming stuck, or, as if we are losing ground, even while we are unsure of where we are ultimately supposed to be going or what progress even looks like. Many individuals find solace and purpose in religious doctrines and practices and this is indeed helpful as long as is it sincere, but often in our hearts we have a vague sense of unease or discordant feeling. We frequently feel like there is should be something more.
A profound truth regarding our existence and experiences on this planet is that at an ultimate level, we are all perfect. There are no mistakes.
There is only more or less aligned learning; harder or less difficult lessons. Everything that we do, everything that we think or imagine is in reality perfect at each moment in time. This can be an admittedly difficult concept to understand. At the time of this writing, we are in the midst of one of the most turbulent social and political times in recent memory. Our socioeconomic systems are exhibiting signs of extreme stress globally. Millions of people are exposed to financial stress and insecurity, while a select few become excessively wealthy. Much of society seems out of balance and it appears that we have lost our center. The concept that everything is perfect
can seem ludicrous, particularly during the context of these turbulent times.
Our planet is a vast and profound school, whose pupils constantly struggle for meaning. We pursue our daily lives, strive to meet our financial and personal obligations and, when we have time, try to make sense of all of this. We yearn to understand our purpose and the larger context of our lives while at the same time work to support ourselves and our families within what can seem to be a punitive economic system. Various theological and political systems promise to provide the meaning and purpose that we crave, but often we still feel a sense of emptiness as we attempt to integrate the rules
that we are told we must live by into our lives. We crave to have a deeper understanding of what all of this means as we also endeavor for a more harmonious socioeconomic and at times, spiritual environment in which to live.
We all do the best we can even when we don’t. Mistakes,
detours
and failures
are significant characteristics of our lives as are our successes.
We tend to judge ourselves for our failures and exalt ourselves for our successes. Doubt, recrimination, and blame can seem to offset our victories
in our minds. In reality, the events in our lives that we view as failures can lead to some of the most profound growth and learning that we can experience. As judged by the rules of society or even our own personal ethics, we all at times fall short
and do cause pain to others, ourselves, or society at large. This is all part and parcel of our experience upon Earth. If we had no lessons to learn, we would not be here. The errors
that we make are where much of our learning occurs.
At times we play the hero, at other times we play the villain. We experiment with polarity in order to profoundly understand unity by living in its absence. We take on shadow personas
