Juliene McCormick
As an educator,Juliene McCormick encouraged students to be curious about nature and to embrace its exploration. Her appreciation for Mother Nature's gifts began during her years growing up on an 80 acre farm, where she ate and drank, fresh or preserved, only what the gardens, fruit trees and animals provided. Juliene has called a quaint river-town in the NW corner of Illinois, overlooking the mighty Mississippi River, her hometown for many years. The beautiful Palisades Park is close by, where she frequently hunts, sometimes accompanied by one or more of her five grandchildren, appreciating nature's treasures and often discovering the next great fungi photo for her collection..
