INTRODUCTION – HOW TO USE THIS JOURNAL
M y intention for this self-help journal is to share my story of living with depression and anxiety and supporting you in your journey to wellness. I provide you with thought-provoking journaling opportunities to show you it is possible to live a wholesome life, even when challenges arise.
This journal includes inspirational messages, discussion on why these messages are relevant, and space after each to allow you to express your thoughts by journaling on what comes to mind. You are welcome to skip around, maybe even open the book randomly, and work on the message that appears between your fingers that day. I encourage you to work with each message as long as you like. Some of you may want to work with one inspirational message
