      Introduction

      Hall Photon Theory (HPT) hypothesizes the existence of additional physically real force and energy Fields. These physically real fields form part of the permanent physical Inner structure of all Photons, and all or most other subatomic particles and quarks.

      Hall Photon Theory names the additional physically real force Fields The StarShine Fields, as I Defined in my first copyrighted paper on Hall Photon Theory

      Hall Photon Theory hypothesizes that The Starshine fields are capable of traveling many times faster than the speed of light in free space.

      Hall Photon Theory hypothesizes that photon’s inner Starshine fields include a Weak Nuclear Force field which also is capable of traveling many times faster than the speed of light in free space.

      Hall Photon Theory (HPT) Hypothesizes the existence of additional physically real Frustrated Total Internal Reflection Lensing (FTIR) processes and Total Internal Reflection Lensing (TIR) lensing processes.

      Hall Photon Theory hypothesizes that these FTIR and TIR processes occur routinely as photons of light from distant galaxies pass through the many Thin transparent clouds of hydrogen and other gases which exist out the vastness of intergalactic space.

      Hall Photon Theory (HPT) hypothesizes that these FTIR and TIR processes, working routinely out in intergalactic space, give rise to the observed Cosmological Redshift and to the observed Cosmological Microwave Background.

      Hall Photon Theory (HPT) Hypothesizes that the observed effects of FTIR lensing and TIR lensing out in intergalactic space are frequently confused with Gravitational Lensing.

      Hall Photon Theory logically explains the failure of the Michelson-Morley experiment without invoking Einstein’s theory of relativity. HPT hypothesizes that Einstein did not take the evanescence fields, or the StarShine fields interactions in the beam splitters glass, and mirrors, into proper account.

      In addition, Hall Photon Theory (HPT) hypothesizes equally far reaching changes by adding additional terms to Maxwell’s 1864 equations relating to electromagnetic disturbances. Hall Photon Theory is expected to lead to revolutionary advances in physics, astronomy, and science in general.

      Hall Photon Theory logically explains the observed Cosmological Redshift and the associated Cosmic Microwave Background radiation fields without invoking the hypothetical concepts of an expanding universe or the hypothesis of the Big Bang Theory. Thus, Hall Photon Theory hypothesizes that the universe is a static universe.

      The real physical existence of the HPT force/energy fields are, as yet, unrecognized by the world of Einstein’s physics. However, Hall Photon Theory (HPT) is strongly supported by a careful analysis of the results of a number of famous experiments. HPT is also strongly supported by a careful analysis of a number of well-known physical phenomena.
