LineOne thing you should be careful about when you are an aspiring artist, is the promises people make you. Also, be aware that a lot of people are not who they pretend to be, saying just how connected they are or who they’ve worked with, or what they can do.

WITH, HAVE BEEN IN THE JUNGLE, THIS IS WHAT I CALL BEING SCAMMED!
I was very fortunate when I got into the music business at the early age of fourteen. From Detroit, I was able to start relationships with people, directly, at the major record labels, in high positions.
When I started, I only wanted to deal with people at the labels that had power, this kept me from going through the jungle. I’ve heard so many stories from artists about them being scammed, and it makes them untrusting of everyone, even if they come across someone that can help them.
A lot of times, you can tell when someone isn’t being honest and is a con man, but some of them are good at fooling people. Remember! They do this for a living, it’s a job to them, at your expense! A lot of them have fake websites showing affiliation with huge stars that they don’t know or ever worked with. Always be aware of people soliciting you online, offering you services, or saying they’re with major record labels, because it’s very unlikely
