They are not thinking about growths. This is a Somalia Legitimate and Every regional or counties of Somalia, Somalia Regionals will have own Cities, Villages, and every politician, party membership, donates in the party, and chefs. They will have own good leadership system, and they are living around the world, they must read, and write comments.

Every Party, Elective parties will have own Charter and Every Regional, Cities Departments, including Department of Somalia Communities must have its own Charter, Every Somalia Regionals must have its own Charter, Every States in the Cities must have its own Charter, and Every Somalia Villages must have its own Charter as well as Somalia Constitutional previously settlements amongst.

ARTICLE 01: AMENDMENTE 01: PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, SYSTEM, GOOD LEADER’S

AMENDMENTE 02: Leader: What is the Leader?

1. They ask you about the bounties. Say, The bounties are for Allah and the Messenger. So be mindful of Allah, and settle your differences, and obey Allah and His Messenger, if you are believers. . (surah, al-anfal, 1)

2. Allah has promised you one of the two groups—that it would be yours—but you wanted the unarmed group to be yours. Allah intends to prove the truth with His words, and to uproot the disbelievers. (surah, al-anfal, 7)

3. We sent Noah to his people. He said, O my people! Worship Allah; you have no god other than Him. I fear for you the punishment of a tremendous Day." (surah, al-raaf, 59)

4. The arrogant elite among his people said, O Shuaib, We will evict you from our town, along with those who believe with you, unless you return to our religion. He said, Even if we are unwilling? . (surah, al-raaf, 88)

5. We would be fabricating falsehood against Allah, if we were to return to your religion, after Allah has saved us from it. It is not for us to return to it, unless Allah, our Lord, wills. Our Lord embraces all things in knowledge. In Allah we place our trust. Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, for You are the Best of Deciders. (surah, al-raaf, 89)

6. And when they despaired of him, they conferred privately. Their eldest said, Don’t you know that your father received a pledge from you before Allah, and in the past you failed with regard to Joseph? I will not leave this land until my father permits me, or Allah decides for me; for He is the Best of Deciders." (surah, yusuf, 80).

7. How many generations have We destroyed before them? They cried out when it was too late to escape. (surah, Saad, 03)

8. And they marveled that a warner has come to them from among them. The disbelievers said, This is a lying magician." (surah, Saad, 04)

9. Did he turn all the gods into one God? This is something strange. (surah, Saad, 05)

SECTION 03: God Said, "The God did indeed offer, the trust, to Heaven and the Earth, and the mountains, but they refused to undertake it. Being afraid thereof: but Human beings or Mankind undertook it. He was indeed unjust and foolish, (Surah 33, Al-Ahzab 72).

SECTION 04: God Said, Fulfill the covenant of Allah when ye have entered into it, and break not your oaths after ye have confirmed them: Indeed, ye have made Allah your surety; for Allah knoweth all that ye do, (Surah 16, Al-Nahl, 91).

SECTION 05: God Said, O ye who believe fulfill (all) obligations. Lawful unto your (for food) are all four-footed animals with the exceptions named: but animals of the chase are forbidden while ye are in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb for all doth command according to His will, and Plan, (Surah 5, Al-Ma-idah 1).

SECTION 06: God Said, "Nat-those that keep their plighted faith and act aright-verily Allah loves those who act aright’, (Surah 3, Al-Imran 76).

SECTION 07: God Said, Give full measure when ye measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight: That is the most fitting and the most advantageous in the final determination, (Surah 17, Al-Isra 35).

SECTION 08: God Said, As for those who sell the faith they owe to Allah and their own plighted word for a small price, they shall have no portion in the hereafter: Nor will Allah (Deign to) speak to them or look at them one the day of Judgment, nor will he cleanse them (of sin): they shall have a grievous penalty, (Surah 3, Al-acraf 77).

SECTION 09: God Said, Nor sell the covenant of Allah for a miserable price. For with Allah is (a prize) far better for you, if ye only knew, (Surah 16, Al-Nahl, 95). SECTION 10: O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the messenger and those of you who are in authority; and if ye have a dispute concerning any matter, refer it to Allah and the messenger if ye are (in truth) believers in Allah and the Last Day. AMENDMENT 03: THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICES POWERS

SECTION 01: wicked person, God Said, O ye who believed! If a wicked person comes to you with any new, certain truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done. (Surah 49, Al Hujurat 6).

Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: and spy not on each other, nor speak ill of each other, behind their backs. Amendment 04: The Department of Somalia Community

SECTION 01: Somalia Men, God Said, "O Mankind We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female. And made you into nations and tribes, that Ye may know each other Not that ye may despise (Each other) Verily, the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things) (Surah 49, Al Hujurat 13).

SECTION 02: Somalia Women: God Said, "O ye who believe! Among you laugh at other: It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): nor let some women laugh at other: it may be that the (latter) are better than the (former) nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other; by (offensive) nicknames: III-seeming is a name commuting wickedness; (to be used of one) After he has believed: And those are (Indeed) doing wrong. (Surah 49, Al-Hujurat 11).

Amendment 05: Somalia Supreme Courts:

SECTION 01: God said, "It was, we who revealed the law (to mosses): therein was guidance and light. By guidance its standard has been judge the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah’s will, by the Rabbis and the Doctor of Law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah’s books, and they were witnesses thereto; therefore, fear not men but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. if any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (No better than) unbelievers, Surah 5, Al-ma ‘idah, 44).

SECTION 02: God said, "We ordained therein for them. Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds Equal for equal, but if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for himself. And if any fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah Hath revealed, they are (not better than) wrongdoers. (Surah 5, Al-ma ‘idah, 45).

SECTION 03, God said, "Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed. They are (no better than) those who rebel, Surah 5, Al-ma ‘idah, 47).

SECTION 04: God said, "To three, we sent the scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safely: so, judge between them by what Allah hatch revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the truth that hath come have we prescribed a law and an open way. If Allah had so willed. He would make you a single people, but (his plan is) to test you in what he hath given you; so, strive as in a race in all virtues the goal of you all is to Allah: It is, He that will show you the truth of the matters in which ye dispute, Surah 5, Al-ma ‘idah, 48).

Amendment 06: Somalia Court of Appealing, and Court of Common and Court of Districts

Amendment 07: Somalia Political Parties:

SECTION 01: God Said, "We believed this Ayah, «And if two parties of believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them. And if one party of them doeth wrong to the other, fight ye that which doeth wrong till it returns unto the ordinance of Allah; then, if it return, make peace between them justly, and act equitably. Lo! Allah loveth the equitable». (9) Surah Al-Hujraa.

SECTION 02: God Said, Then our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, The Unbelievers say to those, who believe, which of the two sides is best in point of position? Which makes the best show in Council? , (Holly Quran, Surah 19, Maryam, (73).) (Look back to the Book or Quran).

Amendment 08: The statement of the Prophet Mohammad (SCW) after me, you will see things, which you will disapprove of:

1. SECTION 01 Sahih Al-Bukhaari, 7057; Narrated Usaid Hudair: A man came to the Prophet Mohammad (SCW) and said, O Allah’s Messenger! You appointed such and such person and you did not appoint me? The Prophet (SCW) said, after me, you will see rulers not giving you, your right (but you should give them, their right) and be patient till you meet me. SECTION 03: Sahih Al-Bukhaari, 7059, narrated Zainab bint jahsh, (R.A.) the prophet (SCW) got up from his sleep with a flushed red face and said, La ilaha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah). Woe to the Arabs, from the great evil that is nearly, approaching them. Today a gap has been made in the wall of Ya juj and Ma juj (Gog and magog people like this. (sufyan illustrated this by forming the number 90 or 100 with his fingers) it was asked, Shall, we be destroyed, though there as righteous people among us? the prophet (SCW) said, yes, of Al-khabath increased" (Translated by Dr. Muhamed Muhsin Khan, Volume 9).

SECTION 04: Sahih Al-Bukhaari, 7060, narrated Usama bin Zaid (R.A) once the prophet (SCW) stood over one of the high building of medina and then said, (to the people) do you see, what I see they said, No, He said, I see Al-fitan (trial or affections) failing among your houses as rain drops fall".
