    Introduction to light

Light: Electromagnetic waves that travel in a vacuum at a speed equal to 300,000 kilometers per second. The energy of light waves depends on the frequency of these waves. The higher the frequency of the light wave, the higher its energy.

And white light is a mixture of the seven colors of the spectrum, which can be combined into two words (careful storage), where each letter represents the second letter of the name of the color and they are arranged in ascending order according to frequency (red - orange - yellow - green - blue - indigo - violet) and the sun is considered the largest source of energy optical.

Light (plural: lights) is electromagnetic radiation visible to the human eye and responsible for the sense of sight. The wavelength of light ranges from 400 nanometers (nm) or 400×10−9 m, to 700 nanometers - between infrared (the longer wavelengths) and ultraviolet (the shorter waves). These numbers do not represent the absolute limits of human vision, but rather the approximate range that most people can see well under most circumstances. The wavelengths of different sources of visible light range from the narrow range (420 to 680) to the widest range (380 to 800) nanometers. Under ideal conditions, humans can see at least infrared radiation with a wavelength of 1050 nanometers, and children and young adults can see ultraviolet between about 310 to 313 nanometers.

Light is electromagnetic radiation within a certain part of the electromagnetic spectrum, the word usually refers to visible light, which is the spectrum visible to the human eye and responsible for the sense of sight, the spectrum is a set of all waves, which includes visible light, microwaves and radio waves (AM, FM, SW), x-rays, and gamma rays.
